What is it about?
Yoga therapy & Coaching starts with getting a clear picture where the imbalance is and what your physical, emotional and mental situation is at the time. On this basis we develop an individual program together. You get offered exercises that put you in motion, confront and help let go. The exercises consists of a combination of yoga postures, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques. The findings are talked through during the coaching session and deeply worked out. Experience with yoga is not necessary.
About Yoga Therapy
Yoga means unity and stimulates balance between body and mind. It promotes the awareness that you are one with the source that is present in everything. Yoga has a transformative and therapeutic effect. With the various exercises you influence your body and energy. You work on your mental and emotional state and develop the power of concentration and silence. Yoga as therapy offers the possibility to work directly on a particular pattern of complaints, by specifically combining and applying exercises. This can be for emotional, mental as well as physical issues.
- Individual rate: € 95 for 1.5 hour plus VAT.
- Business rates: € 145 for 1.5 hours plus VAT.

Cancellations can be done at least 24 hours prior to an appointment. Without cancellation the full amount will be charged. This does not apply if there is scheduled a follow-up appointment within five business days.
