Sattva Yoga & Coaching organizes inspiring yoga and mindfulness workshops. Central is deepening the connection with yourself, gaining insights and learning from practical exercises. Workshops are also catered for groups, companies or institutions. Depending on what targets exist, a workshop can be focused on a specific topic or theme.
The workshops are a great opportunity for in-depth experiences, more conscious contact with yourself and promoting inner peace and strength. For groups or companies the workshops can also make a positive contribution to greater mutual openness and confidence, improved communication, more sense of unity in the group and an increase in quality performance.
During a workshop physical and mental exercises are alternated. These exercises are open to everyone regardless of age or physical condition. Experience with yoga or mindfulness is not required.
