Do you want to practice yoga in an inspiring atmosphere and with room for personal attention?
The lessons consist of a combination of:
profound physical exercise
The body postures are built up step by step, while consciously connecting to the body and working on proper technique. Where necessary, you are being adjusted. Next to maintaining postures for a longer time, you'll be practicing mild flow. This means that the different postures gradually merge into one another. You learn how to work with the breath and to release unnecessary muscle tension.
During the lessons you develop improved physical functioning, train in self-observation, practice conscious presence and work on increasing inner strength. You promote clarity, calmness and balance.
Yoga is not competitive. You practice at your own pace and within your own process.
Experience with yoga is not necessary.
