In Chair Yoga & Mindfulness, gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation are combined.

Chair Yoga is a quiet and safe form of movement in which the postures are done on or next to a chair. It is therefore feasible for everyone regardless of age, health problems, size, flexibility or condition.

 

 

Description


During a lesson, the postures are built step by step and with attention to the right technique. In addition to making muscles and joints smoother and stronger, body posture and motor skills are improved. You learn how to work with breathing and to release unnecessary muscle tension.
You train in self-observation and practice conscious presence. You promote clarity, calmness and balance.

The lessons are characterized by a positive approach with an emphasis on stimulating self-acceptance, working towards new possibilities and increasing your inner strength.
